  I lived here for a year and I loved it! The location is ideal if you have classes on East Bank and you want to be close to the light rail. Management is very friendly, easy to talk to, and always quick to respond to any inquiries. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone I talk to

  I’ve had a great year living at SVF since the management has changed. Everyone in the office are very friendly and helpful. SVF’s location is top tier close to the GopherTrip stop, the light rail, and so many restaurants. They do an excellent job keeping the public areas and amenity areas clean and always smelling really good. The look of the apartments’ interior and wood work is also pretty. Maintenance, besides the first two weeks of move-in, came into help you within a day and do an excellent job. The security is also pretty good (though they could improve in some areas) and the guard is always at the front doors at night. Keep the guard’s phone number in case you ever need any help or need to report anything.

  Absolutely loved living here, has been a wonderful experience all year! Each of the staff are very friendly and helpful at all times, from office to maintenance to security staff, I have had wonderful interactions with them all. The building is always clean enough to meet my expectations, the location is extremely nice for being on campus, and the amenities are great with awesome views! I would highly recommend to anyone to live here!
